Jack Moran new SBE Chapter 36 Chairman
started the meeting on time with the usual introductions. A short discussion
by Randy Phillips followed concerning the November meeting. Arrangements were
still to be formulated.

Gary Stigall introduced the concept of a Lifetime
Achievement type of award for the December Meeting instead of the usuall lunch.
The concept was enthusiastically embraced as volunteers and suggestions were offered.

A Special December Soiree Jack closed the official portion of the meeting and
introduced Chris Holt who delivered a presentation that was honed for the
engineers in attendence. [Hilites are to follow.] Jose Sevilla,
Director of Operations and Chief Engineer, was kind enough to show us
